Who we are
Ohio Peer Supporter is made by Thunkbox LLC. We're peer supporters too. We've lived the frustration of chasing CEUs, certificates and paperwork, so we built a tool to keep it organized.
What this app is
A resource. It helps you keep track of your client time and your CEUs, find trainings, fill in the state's CE log, and gather your files for renewal.
What it isn't
We're not the State of Ohio, the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), or eLicense, and we don't work for them. We don't certify or renew anybody. We can't promise you'll be renewed. The state decides that.
Your part
Your certification is yours. Earning your CEUs, checking your hours and your log, uploading the right files, and paying on time are all on you. Double-check everything before you send it. If something in this app doesn't match what the state says, the state is right.
Trainings in the library
We don't own, run, approve or sell any training. Each one belongs to its provider. Prices, dates and credit can change, so check the provider's page before you sign up. Whether a training counts is up to the state.
Names that aren't ours
The State of Ohio, DBH, eLicense and every training provider are their own. We use their names only to point you to them. They don't endorse this app.
Your files
Your log, certificates and profile are kept in your own account. Client names are only initials, and they're scrambled on your phone before they're saved. Don't put client health details in this app.
As-is
We work hard to get things right, but the app comes as-is. Things can break, and rules can change before we catch them. Thunkbox LLC isn't responsible for a missed deadline, a denied or late renewal, a lost file, or anything else that comes from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the app will ask you to agree again before you keep going.
The law
These terms follow Ohio law.

When did you get your PRS?
Use the date on your certificate. We'll figure out the rest and keep track for you.
When does it expire?
The expiration date on your certificate and in eLicense. You can renew in the last 90 days before it.
Put it on your home screen

Tap Add in the top corner. Look for the Ohio Peer Supporter icon on your home screen.

How it worksWhen you tap START with a client, your phone notes where you are. The miles from your last stop are figured by road and logged. You can fix any trip.
Your clients' privacyLocations stay on this phone and are thrown away once the miles are figured. Only the miles are saved. To figure road miles, two map points with no names go to a free map service (OpenStreetMap).
